Abstract photography

Filling the frame is what I used for this photo, capturing the texture and size of this Christmas ornament and having it be the main focus.

My purpose for this photo was to show light and color both used to perfectly show how the water drops can have different shades of purple while being simple.

This photo uses value, the bright blue face with the blackout background. This also uses texture, the slightly cracked glass look really compliments detail.
